Install Hyper-V on Windows 2008 R2

Hyper V can be Installed only on Windows 2008 64 bit Processor  and cannot be installed on Windows 2008 32 Bit Processor.
Go to the BIOS settings by rebooting the server and continuously hitting the F2 key . In the BIOS settings Set the Execute Disable to On . Set the Visualization to On and  VT for Direct I/O Access to On.
Go to Start => Administrative Tools => Server Manager => Click Roles , Add Roles , Select Hyper-V and Click Next to Install Hyper-V
Now you would need to create Virtual machines on the Server which you have installed hyper V . Goto start => Hyper-V Manager , Right Click on the Computer Name or Host Name  => New => Virtual Machine , click Next to create a Virtual Machine with a custom Configuration . Type the Name of the Virtual Private Server , click Next , Specify the Amount of Memory to be allocated to the Virtual Machine . Select the Network Adapter , Click Next , Select Create a Virtual Hard Disk , Enter the size to be allocated to the  Hard drive , click Next Select Install an operating system from a boot CD / DVD ROM , Select the path of Image file , click next and Installation of Operating System will start , click Finish. Once the Hyper-V Virtual Private Server is created , you can assign the IPs to the server so that you can access the VM’s Remotely.
